We are riding on the wings of the wind, and listening to the cicadas in summer. The semester has come to an end in a flash. In order to fully implement the 'Double Reduction' policy and adhere to the education concept of 'Educating Five Domains Simultaneously', enhance students' artistic core accomplishment, and improve the quality of music teaching, on the morning of 20th June, Anqing Foreign Language School's Primary School Division carried out the end-of-term literacy assessment activity of music discipline in an orderly manner in the music classroom.
To be concrete, this assessment is for students in Grade Three and Grade Four. Initially, the music teachers selected five students from each class to take part in the assessment. Afterwards, the songs were decided by drawing lots. What’s more, the children sang each song with a natural voice and full of emotions, who added musical accompaniment to interpret different styles of songs with different charm. Therefore, beautiful songs filled the music classroom.
Overall, music is one of the significant aspects of students' comprehensive quality development. Additionally, this assessment not only tests the quality of music teaching, but also plays an important role in reinforcing students' artistic cultivation and strengthening their self-confidence so that more students will fall in love with music, enjoy music, and grow up healthily and happily accompanied by music!
